About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term, running from January 5th to April 23rd, 2027. You will work on-site at our Longueuil facility, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 to 15:00. This role involves working within a unionized environment to support daily operations and departmental goals.
What you'll do#
- Manage employees in a unionized environment, including assigning tasks and acting as a primary resource for the department.
- Apply collective agreement rules and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Serve as an agent of prevention to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Deploy strategies aimed at reducing non-quality.
- Lead projects focused on layout, health and safety, environment, and productivity to support continuous improvement.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Current studies in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Human Resources, or Operations Management.
- Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to work on-site in Quebec.
- Mastery of basic office software, specifically Excel, Outlook, and One Note.
- Working knowledge of English to handle technical documentation and communicate with international partners.
- Assets include leadership, autonomy, diplomacy, and a strong sense of priorities.
- Beneficial experience includes manufacturing environments, lean manufacturing principles, SAP software, and change management.

- Location: 1000 Blvd Marie-Victorin, Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a criminal background check and obtaining necessary clearances for handling controlled goods.
