About the role#
This summer internship provides a short-term work assignment within the enterprise. You will work in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program, gaining exposure to various business functions while developing your leadership and professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Take on frontline, hands-on assignments to stretch your capabilities.
- Collaborate with teams in areas such as HR Partners, Global People Services, and Communities of Expertise.
- Broaden your understanding of the business and strengthen your analytical and functional skills.
- Relocate to an assigned RTX location for the duration of the summer.
What you'll need#
- You must be pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- You must be willing and able to move anywhere in the United States.
- Show evidence of leadership, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Be self-motivated and team-oriented.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is hybrid, requiring a mix of onsite and offsite work as determined by your manager.
- You must be willing to relocate to your assigned location.
