About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to support the recruitment lifecycle at Bombardier. You will work within the Talent Acquisition team to manage candidate pipelines, coordinate hiring logistics, and gain experience with HR software systems. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dorval for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Analyze hiring needs by joining discussions with recruiters and managers.
- Review resumes and conduct phone interviews with applicants.
- Coordinate interview schedules for both virtual and in-person meetings.
- Manage onboarding tasks, including background checks and sending first-day instructions.
- Use SuccessFactors and SAP to track candidates and verify employee files.
- Source passive candidates using external sites.
- Prepare reports, charts, and correspondence using Microsoft Office.
- Participate in weekly governance meetings and recruitment events.
- Maintain candidate contact throughout the hiring process.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program for Human Resources, Management, or Business.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Capability to handle confidential information.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bilingualism in English and French is preferred.
