About the role#
The Global Supply Chain Intern position is a full-time, paid opportunity for Summer 2027. You will work on-site in East Hartford, Connecticut, supporting procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain functions. This role provides exposure to the aviation and aerospace industry through mentorship, project work, and collaboration with leadership.
What you'll do#
- Complete tactical assignments and specific project deliverables.
- Work alongside a mentor within the Supply Chain organization.
- Participate in a cohort group and attend events sponsored by Campus Programs.
- Engage with other Pratt & Whitney interns and across the company to learn business operations.
- Receive and provide feedback on your internship experience.
- Present a final report to the executive management team.
- Explore full-time development program opportunities for after graduation.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related business field.
- Actively enrolled in your degree program through the end of the internship.
- Completion of at least 30 credits by the start of the session.
- Experience in supply chain, finance, or procurement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Prior internship, co-op, or work experience with RTX is a plus.
