About the role#
This internship offers the opportunity to support financial operations governance and assist team members with various ad hoc requests. You will need to demonstrate intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness to complete your assigned tasks. This position requires a criminal background check and clearance for the handling of controlled goods as a condition of employment.
What you'll do#
- Provide support for accounts payable reconciliation by analyzing root causes of unreconciled items and creating action plans.
- Support the internal audit process.
- Assist with the semi-annual inventory review process.
- Produce monthly financial reports.
- Develop training materials.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the duration of the internship.
- Current studies in Finance or Accounting.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Ability to work on-site in Longueuil.
- Assets include mastery of Excel and experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and Power BI.

- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
