About the role#
This internship provides technical and operational support to the Development Engineering organization. You will adapt procedures, tools, and materials to meet specific test objectives. You are expected to use your judgment to plan and complete assigned tasks while assisting engine programs in reaching their certification.
What you'll do#
- Design experimental test sections and artificial engine environments around test articles.
- Adapt parts and assemblies to meet specific test requirements.
- Modify components to measure parameters such as temperature, pressure, and stress.
- Prepare design reviews as needed.
- Provide support during the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of modified components.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Excellent French skills (spoken and written) and a good command of English for technical communication and documentation.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical design, drafting, geometric tolerancing, manufacturing methods, physics, and strength of materials.
- Experience with CATIA is desirable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
- This is a paid internship.
