About the role#
This internship focuses on tooling process improvements within the supply chain technical team. You will support the development of standard management tools and documentation to help track project progress and departmental performance.
What you'll do#
- Develop standard operating procedures for the main process to support online training.
- Create and maintain a standard Excel tool to track project progress and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with various groups to resolve issues and identify solutions.
- Participate in integrated team meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship period.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days per week.
- Proficiency in both English and French (spoken and written) to handle technical documentation and communicate with international stakeholders.
- Pursuit of a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.

- Location: 1000 Blvd Marie-Victorin, Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Work Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- Note: This position requires a criminal background check and clearance regarding the handling of controlled goods.
