About the role#
As a Financial Advisory and Solutions Intern, you will support our team in providing capital structuring advice and financing solutions to clients. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain exposure to client-focused advisory work, while building your analytical and communication skills. This is a full-time, 10-week summer program designed to provide practical experience in a professional banking environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with capital structuring analyses, such as ratings, cost of capital, liquidity stress testing, and peer benchmarking.
- Prepare presentations that communicate advice to clients and prospects.
- Support the origination and execution of tailored structured financing solutions.
- Help identify client financing needs and develop marketing materials and term sheets.
- Assist with transaction terms, legal documentation, internal credit applications, and approval materials.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program, with a focus on Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage detailed assignments accurately and meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
