About the role#
This part-time internship supports the Construction Equipment North American Sales Hub. You will work with the Finance and Business Control team to support core financial operations, reporting, analysis, and performance monitoring. This role involves contributing to the development, implementation, and improvement of business process controls.
What you'll do#
- Process accounts payable.
- Conduct intercompany accounts payable aging analysis.
- Manage inventory month end reporting.
- Perform bank account reconciliation.
- Track key performance indicators.
- Assist with additional financial tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a B.S. degree program for Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Completion of at least 30 semester hours prior to the start of the internship.
- A minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Understanding of the 3-Way matching principle for accounts payable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
