About the role#
This internship program takes place during the summer of 2027 within the Retirement Strategies business. You will gain hands-on experience in a business-to-business environment, focusing on a consultative sales model. The program provides a view into how we support financial professionals and institutions through wholesaling and financial product distribution.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic sales initiatives, research, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client experiences.
- Learn the fundamentals of wholesaling and financial product distribution.
- Partner with the sales team to provide solutions and improve process efficiencies.
- Provide client services support and work with internal business partners to meet customer needs.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited bachelor's program with an expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to solve problems, think critically, and manage your time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- You must possess US employment authorization, as we do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
