About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program provides hands-on experience within our U.S. Businesses division. You will join a team focused on areas such as strategy, product development, operations, or analytics. The program is designed to build your professional capabilities and business knowledge while you contribute to meaningful projects. This role serves as a feeder into our full-time rotational leadership development program.
What you'll do#
- Partner with business, product, operations, and technology teams to support strategic initiatives and process improvements.
- Use data, reporting, and research to drive business decisions and improve operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and help drive key business priorities forward.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve customer, advisor, and business experiences.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited bachelor's program with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Academic focus in Business Administration, Economics, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft 365.
- Requisite US employment authorization (sponsorship is not provided).
