About the role#
PGIM is hosting a 3-day sophomore externship in January 2027 at our headquarters in Newark, New Jersey. This program is designed to introduce students to our asset management business and career paths within commercial real estate. Participants will gain exposure to our Equity, Debt Originations, and Agency Lending teams. Those who complete the program may have the opportunity to interview for a 10-week summer internship in 2028.
What you'll do#
- Engage in training sessions and complete case studies.
- Participate in job shadowing across various business units.
- Network with firm leaders and professionals.
- Support underwriting, financial modeling, and credit analysis tasks.
- Contribute to market research and property valuation efforts.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited bachelor’s degree program.
- Graduation date between December 2028 and May 2029.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Interest in commercial real estate.
- Requisite US employment authorization (sponsorship is not provided).
