About the role#
As a Product and Institutional Client intern at PGIM, you will gain exposure to the teams and business activities that connect investors with our investment capabilities. You will work alongside experienced professionals to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and support the delivery of investment solutions. Your placement will focus on one of three core areas: Business Development and Client Relationship, Investor Communications and Business Intelligence, or Product Strategy and Solutions.
What you'll do#
- Analyze information, research market trends, and support business recommendations.
- Support teams responsible for institutional client relationships and investor communications.
- Assist with the creation of reporting, presentations, proposals, and business development materials.
- Conduct research on investment products, competitors, and industry trends.
- Participate in projects focused on business growth, process improvement, and strategic initiatives.
- Present findings, recommendations, or project updates to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited bachelor's program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Ability to evaluate information, identify patterns, and solve problems.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team.
- A strong interest in financial markets and institutional investing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, and Statistics.
- You must possess US employment authorization, as sponsorship is not provided.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time summer internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- The role is based in Newark, New Jersey, and operates on a hybrid schedule.
