About the role#
This paid, full-time internship program offers an introduction to business-to-business sales within PGIM Investments. You will spend 10 weeks learning the consultative sales model and gaining exposure to the operations of our National Sales Desk. The program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Shadow internal wholesalers to learn business best practices.
- Support the sales team with research, projects, and presentations.
- Work with the team to provide solutions and improve process efficiencies.
- Contribute to organizational initiatives and business strategies.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited bachelor’s program or 5th year master’s program.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Major in Business, Economics, Finance, Financial Services, or a related field.
- US employment authorization (visa sponsorship is not provided).
- Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
