About the role#
This co-op position offers Purdue University students graduating in 2028 or 2029 the opportunity to work within the Research and Development (R&D) department at Procter & Gamble. You will be involved in the creation and development of new innovations, working on projects that aim to improve consumer lives. This role provides hands-on experience where you will be tasked with advancing real business needs from your first day.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research and development for consumer products.
- Collaborate with technical and commercial partners to innovate and develop products.
- Engage in analytical and measurement science to characterize products and ensure consistent functionality.
- Translate consumer needs into product specifications and technical designs.
- Work on innovative product packaging development.
- Participate in process development, material development, and data science initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, or Industrial Engineering.
- Expected graduation date in 2028 or 2029.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in critical thinking and active listening.
