About the role#
As an Analytics & Insights intern, you act as an internal business strategy consultant. You will work within multi-functional teams alongside Brand Management, Finance, Sales, and R&D. Your primary goal is to ensure consumer and shopper analytics serve as the foundation for business strategy. You will explore growth opportunities and turn data into actionable plans.
What you'll do#
- Analyze consumer and shopper data to identify business drivers.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to shape product design, pricing, and media investments.
- Deliver research findings to business partners.
- Use data to answer questions about consumer behavior and market trends.
- Influence strategy across different functions and levels of the organization.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a student graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Academic background in Data Science, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Communications.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with multiple data sources.
- Ability to contribute and communicate effectively across various teams.
- Willingness to be geographically mobile during and after the internship.

- Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (with potential for roles in various U.S. business centers).
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Duration: 12 weeks.
- Compensation: Paid position.
