About the role#
Join our Influencer, Community & Content team to help shape how our brands connect with consumers. This internship places you at the center of creator partnerships and digital storytelling. You will work on brands that reach millions of Canadians while gaining hands-on experience in social commerce and content strategy.
What you'll do#
- Create content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Transform existing videos, raw footage, and image assets into high-performing content.
- Act as a hands-on in-house creator to produce short-form video content.
- Stay ahead of culture to lead social trends and insights, translating them into actionable recommendations for campaigns.
- Test new formats and refine content based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
- Partner with retail media, eCommerce, and brand teams to link creator content to commerce outcomes like product discovery and sales.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Planned graduation in mid-late 2027 or 2028.
- No more than 3 years of prior full-time experience, excluding internship or co-op terms.
- Strong digital native skills with a deep understanding of social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for leading complex work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in dynamic environments.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario.
- Term: 4-month paid internship (January 11, 2027 to April 30, 2027 OR May 3, 2027 to August 20, 2027).
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
