R&D Engineer Co-op

About the role#

As an R&D Engineer Co-op at the Gillette World Shaving Headquarters, you will contribute to the creation and launch of new product innovations. This role offers the opportunity to work on real business projects starting from day one, collaborating with technical and commercial partners to develop and improve consumer products. This is a temporary, full-time position.

What you'll do#

• Participate in the innovation process to improve consumer lives worldwide.
• Translate consumer needs into technical product specifications and design parameters.
• Develop methods to measure and characterize product performance throughout the lifecycle.
• Work in specialized areas including Product Research, Data Science, Packaging Development, Process Development, and Modeling and Simulation.
• Communicate complex data or algorithms to drive actionable business insights.
• Engage in continuous learning and receive mentorship from experienced technologists.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Data Science.
• Expected graduation date in 2028 or 2029.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and active listening skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a professional environment.
