About the role#
This is a 4-month paid internship and co-op program based at our Toronto headquarters. You will gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing functions. You will own multiple projects that are critical to the success of our brand teams and retail partners.
What you'll do#
- Complete business analyses and develop marketing plans to support brand growth.
- Conduct research on categories, consumers, competitors, and the market to uncover trends and present recommendations.
- Apply conceptual selling techniques and create data-driven presentations.
- Lead projects involving selling and account management with retailers.
- Use local insights to influence marketing plans, product strategies, and innovation.
- Deliver project outcomes such as reports, toolkits, or events by the end of your term.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
- Planned graduation in mid-late 2028.
- No more than 3 years of prior full-time work experience, excluding internship or co-op terms.
- Available to start the role on May 3, 2027.
- Ability to start a full-time role within 12 months of the internship end date.
