About the role#
The Brand Marketing Intern reports to the Senior Brand Manager. You will support initiatives that drive growth across our skincare and haircare portfolios. This role provides hands-on experience in digital, social, and influencer marketing while offering exposure to cross-functional teams including trade marketing, finance, sales, and external agencies.
What you'll do#
- Support the Senior Brand Manager in day-to-day business management to drive portfolio growth.
- Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Support Brand Managers with social content development, scheduling, publishing, and community management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute annual marketing plans.
- Support new product launches.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a second or third year of university studies in Business.
- Plans to return to school full-time in January.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Canva.
- Comfort navigating Meta and TikTok business platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn.
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry and digital marketing.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January 4, 2027 to April 30, 2027).
- Modality: Remote, with occasional travel for group meetings or site visits.
- Employment type: Full-time, paid internship.
- Location: Toronto, Ontario.
