About the role#
This 16-month internship offers an opportunity to join the Business Excellence team in Toronto. You will support enterprise enablement projects by managing global stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and assisting with business readiness and learning activities. The role involves assessing, planning, and managing large-scale change across North America, Europe, and Asia.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of change management strategies, impact assessments, and stakeholder analysis.
- Create written and digital communications, process maps, and presentations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and education sessions.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate business solutions and project KPIs.
- Maintain risk and issue logs, project documentation, and procedure manuals.
- Manage and document regular project reporting meetings.
- Support the maintenance of PMO tools, processes, and templates.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a university internship program, having completed your 2nd or 3rd year of studies.
- Intention to return to school following the completion of the internship.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Human Resources.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading abilities.
- Experience with data gathering, analysis, and trend reporting.
- Proficiency with Google applications or data visualization software.
- Knowledge of program, process, and change management principles.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- An interest in communications, journalism, or video storytelling.
