About the role#
We are looking for a Learning & Development Analyst Student to join our team in Edmonton for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid internship where you will support our learning infrastructure and help improve the accessibility of our educational resources.
What you'll do#
- Add new courses to the Learning Management System (LMS) and update existing resources like videos and guides.
- Perform data clean-up to ensure our records stay accurate.
- Work with stakeholders to manage learning objects and improve the user experience within the LMS.
- Document standards and processes that support our learning infrastructure.
- Plan and execute system-related change management activities.
- Manage reports to track company metrics and KPIs.
- Research industry trends and best practices to suggest improvements.
- Track your own tasks and deadlines while providing regular updates to your supervisor.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Business Administration or Communications program.
- Logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational habits and a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage conflicting deadlines.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong writing skills for training guides, scripts, and proposals.
- Clear communication skills when working with different groups.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is helpful, as is experience with tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Visio, Cornerstone LMS, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Egnyte.
