About the role#
PCL Construction is hiring an Accounting Student for our Calgary office. This is a full-time, paid position starting in January 2027 for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site as part of our finance team.
What you'll do#
- Enter invoices into the accounting system.
- Perform bank and Visa card reconciliations.
- Handle inter-company invoicing and reconcile supplier statements.
- Manage courier and phone costing.
- Run and update financial reports.
- Prepare accounts receivable reports.
- Print weekly cheques.
- Process client progress billings.
- Assist with subcontract administration.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Accounting program.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
