About the role#
We are looking for a student to support our corporate accounting team during the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Markham, Ontario.
What you'll do#
- Manage and enter sales tickets into our systems.
- Scan documents to maintain digital records.
- Assist the deposits team with check deposits.
- Apply customer payments to invoices.
- Help with invoicing tasks.
- Support the team with accounts reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward an undergraduate degree or diploma in Accounting or Business.
- Proficiency in Excel is required.
- You have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Power Point, SharePoint, and MS Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are necessary for this role.
- You are able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
