About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Highland Heights, Ohio. You will work on-site with the Customer Experience team to support voice-of-customer initiatives and internal process improvement projects.
What you'll do#
- Support customer feedback programs, including CSAT and NPS initiatives.
- Research the end-to-end customer and employee experience to find areas for improvement.
- Identify root causes of service experiences and help the team develop solutions.
- Maintain project documentation, such as project plans and program specifications.
- Use data visualization tools to analyze and report on customer feedback.
- Help plan events for the Customer Advisory Board.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in working with data.
- You are comfortable using Excel to manipulate data.
- You possess good communication skills and want to grow your ability to present insights.
- You are organized and can manage multiple projects at the same time.
- You are a self-motivated person who works well independently.
- Experience with Power BI and SSMS is a plus.
