About the role#
Park Place Technologies is hiring a Branding & Design Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Highland Heights, Ohio. You will work within the Marketing department to support our global brand presence.
What you'll do#
- Become a brand expert by learning and applying current brand guidelines to all projects.
- Collaborate with the Senior Designer on projects from initial concept through completion.
- Design sales sheets, brochures, signage, trade show collateral, social media posts, email marketing, and digital ad campaigns.
- Create graphics for our global digital signage system and the internal SharePoint intranet site.
- Edit, regionalize, and co-brand existing materials for global audiences.
- Maintain and update presentation decks.
- Assist with image sourcing, retouching, and organizing files for production.
- Participate in team meetings to plan and prioritize assignments.
What you'll need#
- A degree in progress in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of design fundamentals like layout, typography, and hierarchy.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Ability to design for both print and digital formats.
- A compelling portfolio.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
- Prior design-related job or internship experience is helpful.
