About the role#
This summer internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work within the Kyndryl Marketing organization. You will join the Marketing Analytics team to apply data and analytics to real business questions, helping the company understand and improve the performance of marketing investments. Throughout the program, you will serve as the analytics focal for a broader intern team, take ownership of defined analyses, and present your findings to stakeholders.
What you'll do#
- Analyze marketing performance across digital, paid media, events, and campaigns.
- Use data to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for growth.
- Evaluate marketing investments to help determine how to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop analyses, reports, and visualizations to make complex data easier to understand.
- Support dashboards and recurring performance reporting.
- Translate analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Partner with marketing teams to understand business questions and determine how data can help answer them.
- Present findings and recommendations to analytics, marketing, and business stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Rising Senior status working toward a bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with datasets through coursework, projects, internships, or student organizations.
- Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends.
- Experience creating charts, dashboards, or visual presentations.
- Familiarity with business intelligence, analytics, database, or reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across a team while taking ownership of assigned work.
- Eagerness to learn and receive feedback to develop new analytical and business skills.
- Creativity, project management skills, and attention to detail.

- Location: New York, New York, United States.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 8 to July 28).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $30/hour, full-time (40 hours per week).
