About the role#
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our summer intern program within the Kyndryl Marketing organization. This internship offers a look into how a modern marketing department operates across all its disciplines. You will work alongside full-time employees on real projects, contribute to team goals, and participate in professional development activities.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate as an intern team on a strategic project.
- Partner with an early professional in the organization on an individual assignment.
- Learn from senior leaders and build a professional network.
- Contribute to daily operations and gain experience in marketing workflows.
- Participate in workshops, networking events, and personal brand development.
- Receive professional guidance and feedback to help develop your business skills.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior working toward a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration at an accredited college or university.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Suite, including CoPilot.
- Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience or interest in content creation and writing.
- Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
- A strategic mindset and an interest in understanding the drivers of business and marketing.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to learning.
