About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Highland Heights, Ohio. You will work on-site to support our Customer Success team, gaining hands-on experience in account management, contract administration, and customer operations within the IT services industry.
What you'll do#
- Support Customer Success Specialists in delivering a positive experience to our customers.
- Handle routine customer requests, research, and documentation while escalating complex questions.
- Maintain accurate account and contract data within our CRM and other internal systems.
- Assist with customer onboarding and coordinate with internal partners to support service offerings.
- Document contract modifications, such as item changes or term updates.
- Review contract data, usage trends, and renewal activity to identify follow-up items.
- Prepare reports, account summaries, and review materials for the Customer Success team.
- Participate in meetings and document assigned follow-up tasks.
- Develop a working knowledge of our products, technology, and support processes.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of an associate or bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- A genuine interest in building a career in customer success, sales support, or business operations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate your progress.
- Initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new systems.
- A professional approach to handling sensitive business and customer information.
