About the role#
This is a paid, 12-week internship designed to build real-world business and leadership experience. You will join our retail management team for a hands-on program that focuses on daily store operations and team leadership.
What you'll do#
- Play an active role in daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service.
- Help maintain a high-performing environment while working closely with team members.
- Prioritize tasks and support store goals.
- Contribute to team meetings and participate in store audits.
- Support operational and administrative functions.
- Lead store shifts and make business-focused decisions that directly impact store success.
What you'll need#
- You are actively working toward a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A high aptitude for learning and performing a variety of tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work independently as a self-motivated team player.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Location & details#
- Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: You must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during school semesters, with the possibility of up to 40 hours during school breaks. We offer flexibility with school scheduling.
