About the role#
This is a paid, 12-week internship based in Duluth, Minnesota. You will gain hands-on experience in retail operations and leadership during the summer of 2026. The role requires full-time commitment on-site at our store location.
What you'll do#
- Participate in daily store operations and support administrative tasks.
- Provide customer service to store guests.
- Help maintain a high-performing store environment.
- Work with team members to prioritize tasks and meet store goals.
- Contribute to team meetings and perform store audits.
- Lead store shifts and make business-focused decisions to support store success.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
