About the role#
This paid, 12-week internship provides hands-on experience in retail operations and leadership. You will work within our management team to build business skills and gain exposure to the daily functions of our stores.
What you'll do#
- Participate in daily store operations and support store goals.
- Provide excellent service to our guests.
- Contribute to team meetings and help maintain a high-performing environment.
- Support operational and administrative tasks.
- Lead store shifts and make business-focused decisions that impact store success.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 2 or 4 year degree program for Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as a self-motivated team member.
