About the role#
This is a paid, 12-week internship focused on building business and leadership experience within our retail operations. You will gain hands-on exposure to how our stores function while developing the skills needed to manage daily activities and team goals.
What you'll do#
- Handle daily store operations and deliver service to our guests.
- Work with your team to maintain a high-performing environment.
- Prioritize tasks to meet specific store goals.
- Participate in team meetings and store audits.
- Support various operational and administrative functions.
- Lead store shifts and make business decisions that affect store performance.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have a strong aptitude for learning new tasks.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office products.
- You possess clear oral and written communication skills.
- You are detail-oriented and accurate in your work.
- You are self-motivated and can work independently.
- You have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- You are a proven team player with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Appleton, Wisconsin.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: You must be able to work at least 20 hours per week during school semesters, with the potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks. We offer flexibility to accommodate your school schedule.
