About the role#
The American Tech Fellowship is a 12-week program designed to equip participants with the skills to deploy Palantir's Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) and Foundry software. This fellowship focuses on practical innovation and provides participants with the opportunity to engage directly with Palantir engineers and leadership. Exceptional performers may be invited to interview for full-time roles at Palantir or partner companies.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a comprehensive virtual training program facilitated by Ontologize.
- Learn to deploy Palantir software to solve complex problems in enterprise settings.
- Attend live virtual sessions two weeknights each week.
- Dedicate 5 to 10 hours per week to instruction and project work.
- Engage with Palantir leadership and engineering teams.
What you'll need#
- At least 2 years of hands-on work experience.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- A technical background, preferably in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Data Science (no formal degree is required).

- Term: Fall 2026 (starting 15 September 2026).
- Modality: On-site in the United States.
- Compensation: This is an unpaid fellowship.
