Forward Deployed Software Engineer, Internship - Commercial

About the role#

As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer intern, you will embed directly with customers to address their most pressing technical and operational challenges. You will work within small, high-trust teams to build solutions that go beyond existing product boundaries, operating with autonomy and real ownership from your first day.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with engineers to make architecture and design decisions.
• Build custom applications, LLM workflows, and production solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders ranging from end-users to executive leadership.
• Wrestle with data at a scale that demands invention and creative problem-solving.
• Own projects end-to-end, from initial discovery to shipping the final product.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing an engineering degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
• Graduation date must be in December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
