Software Engineer, Internship

About the role#

Software Engineer Interns contribute high-quality code directly to core products like Palantir Gotham, Foundry, and Apollo. You will join a small team focused on specific product aspects, working alongside mentors to support your professional growth. This role involves full-cycle product development, from initial design and prototyping to execution and shipping.

What you'll do#

• Manage projects from beginning to end, navigating obstacles to deliver results.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical partners, including product managers, designers, and business development teams.
• Engage directly with users to understand their missions and operational challenges.
• Contribute to the development of features used by research scientists, engineers, and analysts globally.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or Electrical Engineering.
• Graduation date planned for 2028.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, and front-end frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to obtain a US Security clearance.
