About the role#
Forward Deployed Software Engineers work directly with customers to understand complex problems and design technical solutions. You will join full-time engineers in New York City for a 6-12 month fellowship. This role is open to students and recent graduates of French Grandes Écoles.
What you'll do#
- Work in small teams with minimal supervision and own end-to-end execution of high stakes projects.
- Discuss architecture with fellow engineers and wrangle massive-scale data.
- Code custom web applications and establish strategy for your team.
- Speak with customer executives to understand their needs.
- Take responsibility for real-world projects and outcomes that customers rely on.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd year student at a leading Grande École, or recently graduated.
- Engineering background in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Proficiency with one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to relocate to New York City for 6-12 months starting October 2026.
- You cannot be enrolled in university classes during the internship period.
