About the role#
As a Software Engineer intern, you will contribute code to products used by institutions across the public and private sectors. You will work within small teams, focusing on specific product aspects while collaborating with mentors to guide your growth. You will be involved in the full product lifecycle, from initial design and prototyping to execution and shipping.
What you'll do#
- Build products that address user needs by writing clean and effective code.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members to understand and solve customer problems.
- Communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including engineers and end users, to gain context on product requirements.
- Participate in the entire product lifecycle, including idea generation and design.
What you'll need#
- An engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics.
- Familiarity with technical tools such as data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, and front-end frameworks.
- Experience coding in languages like Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
- Must be planning to graduate in 2028.
- Active US Security clearance, or the eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
