About the role#
The Omni Care Internship provides hands-on training across various aspects of hotel operations at the Omni Mount Washington Resort. This role functions as a utility player, rotating through different entry-level service positions based on business needs. Interns receive mentorship and training, with the potential for future growth within the company, including consideration for the Leader in Development program.
What you'll do#
- Work in various entry-level service positions across the property.
- Anticipate and attend to guest needs to ensure a high level of service.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Demonstrate teamwork and flexibility in scheduling and task management.
- Participate in required training and enrichment seminars.
What you'll need#
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven customer service skills, with previous experience in a service role preferred.
- A willingness to learn, take on diverse projects, and adapt to a changing environment.
- Physical ability to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean for extended periods during daily operations.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Psychology, or Communications.
