About the role#

What you'll do#

• Rotate through and work in various entry-level service positions at the property.
• Anticipate and attend to guest needs to ensure a high level of service.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and adaptability in scheduling.
• Participate in internship training and enrichment seminars.

What you'll need#

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven customer service skills, with previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• A willingness to learn and take on diverse projects.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Physical capability to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean for extended periods during the workday.
