About the role#
This internship provides hands-on training across various areas of the hotel business. You will serve as a utility player, rotating through different entry-level positions based on the needs of the property. This role offers mentorship and potential for future growth within the company, including consideration for the Leader in Development program.
What you'll do#
- Work in various entry-level service positions across the property.
- Anticipate and attend to guest needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Demonstrate teamwork and flexibility in your daily schedule.
- Attend internship training and enrichment seminars.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the operations leader.
What you'll need#
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid customer service skills, with previous experience in a service role preferred.
- A willingness to learn and take on different projects.
- The ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Physical ability to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean for extended periods.
