About the role#
This internship provides hands-on training across multiple areas of the hotel business. You will serve as a utility player, rotating through different departments based on daily operational needs. This role is designed for those looking to learn how a large resort functions from the ground up.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through various departments including the front office, housekeeping, food and beverage outlets, events, and recreation.
- Attend to guest needs and anticipate their requests before they ask.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for guests and staff.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working various entry-level service positions and adjusting to changing schedules.
- Participate in internship training and enrichment seminars throughout the season.
What you'll need#
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven customer service skills, with previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- A willingness to learn, take on new projects, and adapt to different environments.
- The physical ability to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean for extended periods during your shift.
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site position.
