About the role#

The Omni Care Internship is a hands-on training opportunity designed to provide a comprehensive look at the hotel business. Interns serve as utility players, rotating through various departments and roles based on property needs. This position is intended for students in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology who are looking to develop their hospitality skills.

What you'll do#

• Rotate through front office, housekeeping, food and beverage outlets, events, and recreation departments.
• Attend to and anticipate guest needs to ensure a high level of service.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and adapt to various entry-level service positions.
• Participate in internship training and enrichment seminars.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across the resort.

What you'll need#

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven customer service skills, with previous experience in a service role preferred.
• A willingness to learn, take on new projects, and adapt to changing environments.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, sitting, standing, squatting, and leaning for extended periods.
