Omni Care Internship Food & Beverage

About the role#

The Omni Care Internship is a hands-on training program designed to provide exposure to various aspects of the hospitality business. Interns serve as utility staff, rotating through different departments based on operational needs. This role is intended to prepare participants for potential acceptance into the Leader in Development (LID) program upon successful completion of the season. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position for the Winter 2027 term.

What you'll do#

• Rotate between food and beverage outlets and banquet events.
• Work in various entry-level service positions across the property.
• Anticipate and attend to guest needs to ensure a high level of service.
• Participate in required training and enrichment seminars throughout the season.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to changing business needs.

What you'll need#

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven customer service skills, with previous experience in a service role preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and a willingness to take on diverse projects.
• Physical ability to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean for extended periods.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Civil Engineering, Psychology, Marketing, or Human Resources.
