About the role#
The Omni Care Internship is a hands-on training program designed to provide experience across various aspects of the hospitality business. Interns serve as utility players, rotating through different departments and entry-level service positions based on business needs. This program includes participation in training and enrichment seminars throughout the season. Successful completion of the internship, based on performance, may lead to acceptance into the Leader in Development program.
What you'll do#
- Rotate between various food and beverage outlets and banquet events.
- Perform flexible duties in multiple entry-level service positions.
- Anticipate and attend to guest needs.
- Demonstrate effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adapt to changing schedules and business requirements.
What you'll need#
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven customer service skills, with previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- A willingness to learn and take on diverse projects.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean for extended periods.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Civil Engineering, Psychology, Marketing, or Human Resources.
