About the role#
The Omni Care Internship is a hands-on training program designed to teach you the fundamentals of the hotel business. You will act as a utility player, rotating through various food and beverage outlets and banquet events based on property needs. This role is intended to prepare high-performing interns for potential acceptance into the Leader in Development program at the end of the season.
What you'll do#
- Work in various entry-level service positions across the property.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs.
- Participate in internship training and enrichment seminars.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adapt to changing schedules and business requirements.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the Operations Leader.
What you'll need#
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- A willingness to learn and take on new projects.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Capability to stand, walk, sit, squat, and lean for extended periods.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship located in San Antonio, Texas.
