About the role#
The 2027 Risk Management Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship designed to provide hands-on experience within the Americas Risk Management Division. Analysts work as full members of the team, gaining exposure to risk oversight functions including credit, market, and operational risk. This program serves as a primary pipeline for full-time recruiting. You will work closely with a peer and interact regularly with a senior mentor throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Assist Credit Officers in analyzing the credit quality of various counterparties.
- Conduct industry research to identify trends.
- Help develop ad-hoc reports based on business needs.
- Support deep-dive reviews to test internal processes and controls.
- Work with the governance and administration team regarding new business transactions.
What you'll need#
- A GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Motivated self-starter mindset with a working knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.

- Compensation: This is a paid position with an annualized base salary of $95,000. It is a non-exempt role eligible for overtime.
