About the role#
This IT internship within the Enterprise Architecture team focuses on coordinating organizational unity and effectiveness. You will support various projects of differing scale and complexity while gaining experience in application portfolio management and strategic decision-making. This is a paid, full-time position for Summer 2026.
What you'll do#
- Review and categorize the software and applications currently in use.
- Engage with various internal teams to understand their business needs.
- Assist with ongoing projects and new initiatives.
- Prepare for team meetings and document important decisions.
- Maintain a strong safety culture by following all policies and identifying potential workplace hazards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Graduate degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or a related STEM field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical ability to navigate intricate challenges.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team.
- A willingness to learn new technologies and concepts.
Location & details#
- Location: Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.
- Work Modality: Hybrid schedule, typically requiring 2-3 days per week in the corporate office.
