About the role#
This is a full-time, paid undergraduate internship for Summer 2026. This role is designated as a safety-sensitive position under Washington law, which includes mandatory pre-employment drug testing for marijuana and its metabolites.
What you'll do#
- Gain practical knowledge in general agronomy, including crop scouting, crop protection, and nutrient products.
- Perform daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory quality, including record keeping and facility cleaning.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for agronomy equipment, such as vehicles, sprayers, conveyors, and trucks.
- Provide customer service and support to agricultural clients.
- Maintain a work environment compliant with safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture-related degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to meet physical requirements associated with agronomy operations.
