About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in agronomy and seed operations. You will support daily tasks at our facility while learning about crop protection and nutrient products. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2026.
What you'll do#
- Learn scouting techniques and application procedures for crop protection and nutrients.
- Manage inventory quality and maintain accurate records.
- Perform routine housecleaning to keep the site compliant with safety policies.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment like sprayers, trucks, and conveyors.
- Interact with customers to provide service and support.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role.

- Note: This is a safety-sensitive position under Washington law, which includes pre-employment drug testing for marijuana and its metabolites.
