    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid undergraduate internship for Summer 2026. This role is designated as a safety-sensitive position under Washington law, which includes mandatory pre-employment drug testing for marijuana and its metabolites.

    What you'll do#

    • Gain practical knowledge in general agronomy, including crop scouting, crop protection, and nutrient products.
    • Perform daily agronomy and seed operations.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory quality, including record keeping and facility cleaning.
    • Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for agronomy equipment, such as vehicles, sprayers, conveyors, and trucks.
    • Provide customer service and support to agricultural clients.
    • Maintain a work environment compliant with safety and environmental policies.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an Agriculture-related degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
    • Ability to meet physical requirements associated with agronomy operations.
