About the role#
This position is based in the Office of the CEO and focuses on the execution and administration required to keep the leadership team running. You will work directly with our Co-CEOs and Chief of Staff. This role is designed as a hands-on learning experience that offers a view into how a global tech company operates. If you manage the core responsibilities effectively, there is potential for this role to expand into a permanent position.
What you'll do#
- Manage executive schedules and plan complex travel across different time zones.
- Support daily office operations and manage local vendor relationships.
- Prepare meeting briefs and share notes following leadership discussions.
- Organize internal team gatherings and external engagements.
- Gain direct exposure to international business operations and corporate culture.
What you'll need#
- Professional working proficiency in both English and German (C1 minimum).
- Previous experience in an administrative, assistant, or office support role.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects at once.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
