About the role#
We are looking for an Event Operations Intern to join our team at The Village Dallas. This is a hands-on role for anyone interested in hospitality, community engagement, or operations. You will help us plan and execute a variety of events from start to finish.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the planning and execution of events.
- Help with event setup, breakdown, and onsite operations.
- Organize and maintain event inventory and supplies.
- Support vendor coordination and event logistics.
- Assist with administrative tasks and event preparation.
- Help create a positive guest experience.
- Work with the events team during activations and special events.
What you'll need#
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and move event materials and equipment.
- Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Availability to work nights and weekends as needed for events.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- You are organized, dependable, and proactive.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.

- This is an on-site, paid position.
