About the role#
Ocean Spray is seeking a Packaging Development Co-Op for the Summer 2027 term. This full-time, paid position runs for six months starting June 8, 2027. You will work with the Packaging Development team to support new designs, cost savings initiatives, and manufacturing facility projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist with packaging design and modifications.
- Coordinate and perform line trials and lab testing.
- Create and manage packaging specifications.
- Track project timelines.
- Communicate project status to internal business partners in Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
- Participate in training covering consumer insights, sales requirements, and component design.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Packaging Science.
- Completed coursework in Packaging Materials I & II and Packaging Distribution.
- Strong communication skills.
Location & details#
- This is a hybrid role based at our headquarters in Lakeville, Massachusetts.
- You will work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
