About the role#
The Sales Strategy Intern joins the Sales Strategy & Commercialization Team, which serves as the backbone of our National Sales organization. This role offers a broad introduction to a global consumer packaged goods company. You will support key stakeholders through business analytics, syndicated data sets, and field observations. You will also complete a summer-long strategic project focused on market opportunities, which you will present to the senior executive team.
What you'll do#
- Perform opportunity sizing and strategic business development analysis.
- Conduct competitive analysis for both food and beverage categories.
- Assist with in-store promotion planning and sell-in activities.
- Execute sales and financial forecasting tasks.
- Track new product innovation.
- Use syndicated data sources to generate consumer insights.
- Analyze international business development and consumer awareness trends.
- Participate in company-wide training modules covering R&D, Quality, Grower Relations, and Finance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Ability to manage systems and contribute to new thought creation.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The primary location is our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Massachusetts.
- The role offers flexibility, and the internship can be facilitated remotely if necessary.
